## When to use this

- Use this help center when a Shopify merchant asks how to set up, change, or fix Filemonk: selling digital products, uploading files, download links and emails, the download page, licence keys, and order access.
- Good fits: step-by-step setup, what a setting does, download limits and file protection, PDF watermarks, licence keys, plans and billing, store extensions (thank you page, customer accounts), and troubleshooting when a customer did not get their download link.
